About the event
A deeply nurturing morning of relaxation and self-care in a supportive and immersive environment with like-minded women. I will lead you through some guided meditations and mindfulness practices, helping you to find compassion and self-love for yourself. The morning will include a deep relaxation meditation with sound frequency healing, to help re-set the nervous system.
This will be an online retreat held on Zoom - so please do join me from the comfort of your own home!
